Common questions
My ZIP code says it is still gathering
Plut opens one ZIP at a time. A node goes live once enough neighbors have joined, including enough producers to make it worth opening. Until then you can join the waitlist and see how close it is — inviting the neighbors who would tip it over is the fastest way to open your block.
Where is the seller's address?
It appears the moment your payment clears into escrow, inside that order's chat, along with the porch instructions and any note about the driveway. Before that it is not shown to anyone — on the map a producer appears as a sector roughly 500 metres across, never as a pin on their door.
I paid and something went wrong
Your money is held in escrow, not sent. It is released only after both sides confirm the pickup. If the food was not there, was not as described, or anything else went wrong, open a dispute from the order screen while the funds are still held and an operator will look at it.
How do I sell?
Open Profile → Seller verification. You confirm you live at the address you are listing from — including one GPS reading taken standing on your own porch — and once you are cleared your listings carry a verified badge. Then Profile → Porch & pickup instructions tells buyers where on the porch to look.
Too many notifications
Profile → Notifications has a switch per category and a quiet-hours window. Pushes inside the window are held back; the notification still appears in the in-app tray, it just does not buzz.
I want to delete my account
Profile → Settings → Delete account and data. It removes your account, listings, posts and messages. Order records we are required to keep for tax and cottage-food rules are retained without your profile attached to them.
Something is wrong with another user
Every listing, post and message has a report action. Reporting hides the content from you immediately and sends it to an operator; you can also block the person permanently so they cannot contact you again.
